Passenger Endorsement
The CDL Refresher Course is designed for individuals that hold an expired Class A or Class B CDL license and want to obtain a current license. This convenient program offers personalized CDL training to assist current and former truck drivers in obtaining their license and getting up to speed on the developments in the industry.
The CDL Upgrade Course is designed for individuals that hold a Class B CDL license and are familiar with Commercial Lerner’s Permit testing and pre-trip inspection requirements. This customized program offers training based on individual skills and experience allowing students a streamlined CDL A course with a focus on driving skills.
FMCSA-APPROVED CDL ENTRY LEVEL DRIVER TRAINING (ELDT) FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIAL (H) ENDORSEMENT
Individuals who wish to add a Hazardous Materials Endorsement (H) onto their CDL license will need to complete this course and be fingerprinted before they will be permitted to take their knowledge test for hazardous materials. Upon completion of this course the results will be submitted to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry. Prior to providing any testing services CDL Testing centers will retrieve these results from the FMCSA Training Provider Registry to confirm that the student has completed this course.

The CDL Restriction Removal Course is designed for those individuals who currently hold a Class A license but are limited to driving an Automatic Transmission. This convenient program offers personalized CDL training to assist current drivers in removing the automatic restriction.
Enroll in Truck U’s 1-week non-commercial training course. This program is designed to equip drivers with necessary skills and knowledge to operate light-duty vehicles with trailers and RV’s safely and legally.

Individuals who wish to add Doubles, Triples and Tankers endorsements to their license must test at the DMV and pass, to operate these types of trailers in accordance with FMCSA and DOT requirements. It depends on what you want to drive. Class A is for tractor-trailers and combination vehicles. Class B covers straight trucks, buses, and passenger vehicles. If you already have a CDL and want to add an endorsement or remove a restriction, we have programs for that too. Call us and we will point you in the right direction.

Yes. You need a permit before your behind the wheel training begins. You can get it at the commercial DMV on Donovan Way in North Las Vegas.
Many students come in without any experience with manual shifting. Your instructors will work with you on it step by step until you are comfortable before you go anywhere near the road.
Your instructor will go over exactly what went wrong and give you additional practice before your next attempt. Pass or fail, you leave knowing what to work on next.
